OK Tire Stores has announced that OK Pneus La Malbaie, located in Clermont, Quebec, has been awarded the 2021 National Store of the Year.
The National Store of the Year award is given to an OK Tire location that lives up to the OK Tire motto, “Always the Right Way,” and consistently delivers exceptional automotive services to its community. When the award was presented to them, Store Owners Frédéric Ouellet, Marc-Antoine Leblond, Martin Dassylva and Jean-François Marier were celebrated by colleagues and industry partners at the company’s 2022 Annual General Meeting held virtually.
50 years of experience
Frédéric Ouellet, Marc-Antoine Leblond, Jean-François Marier and Martin Dassylva have over 50 years of combined experience in the tire industry. In 2019, they decided to build a new location to continue their growth by adding mechanical services, customer tire storage, fleet services and distribution in the Clermont area. Their new 13,000 square foot location was a substantial investment and included local contractors to ensure the local community was involved in the construction.
The company supports many local charities and events, including field hockey, skiing, tennis and children’s Christmas. Well known for its community involvement, its strong charitable presence in the community contributed to its success in the face of all the challenges encountered during the pandemic.
