The traditional evening hosted by the Automotive Industries Association of Canada (AIA Canada) alongside the major aftermarket trade show in Las Vegas brought together some 430 collision repair and mechanical sector professionals.
The major gathering attracted an impressive turnout of representatives from companies specializing in the distribution and manufacturing of parts, tools, and equipment for the Canadian automotive service sector. Members from leading mechanical repair and collision networks, alongside their suppliers, were also seen mingling, drink in hand and smiles all around.
Emily Chung, President of AIA Canada—marking her first attendance at the event in this role—noted that her team dedicated significant effort to bring together representatives from both the mechanical and collision repair sectors inside the HaSalon restaurant at The Palazzo.
“This event is steeped in history,” the president explained during an on-site interview with Autosphere. “I want to thank the industry members who have supported me since I stepped into this role and who took the time tonight to join this Canadian celebration, even amid the packed schedule of business meetings and activities taking place in Las Vegas during AAPEX.”
