Bridgestone Tires Equip Shell Starship 3.0

Bridgestone has been announced as the original equipment fitment for the newest iteration of the Shell Starship, a hyper-aerodynamic, super fuel-efficient heavy-duty concept truck developed by Shell.

As part of an announcement last week at Advanced Clean Transportation Expo (ACT Expo) in Anaheim, Calif., spotlighting the company’s new Shell Starship 3.0 concept, Shell shared that the concept truck will ride on Bridgestone tires that feature low rolling resistance. Specifically, the Starship 3.0 will feature Bridgestone R213 Ecopia steer tires and Greatec R197 drive and trailer tires.
