The heavy truck and light vehicle parts distributor AUTO-KOOL has just changed its corporate signature and modernized its digital tools for its customers.

This Montreal-based company serves the entire Canadian market through its network of eight warehouses across the country.

The new graphic signature retains the company’s logo, but now uses icons to illustrate the three main categories of replacement products it offers to distributors and wholesalers of automotive parts.

We are talking about parts for the air conditioning and cooling system, ventilation, as well as parts related to fuel tanks and oil pans.

“We wanted the visitor to understand at a glance, regardless of language, the product families we offer,” explains Gilles Cloutier, Sales Manager at AUTO-KOOL.

New version of the website

What’s more, in addition to this modern touch to the company’s identity, the distributor launched the new version of its transactional website on January 30. Buyers can now access the details of the products available in the warehouse. We are talking about 5000 part numbers divided into 24 categories.

“For our customers, it is a very useful tool because it is constantly updated and gives access to our entire inventory,” says Mr. Cloutier. “We know that supply is an issue today and the visitor can immediately know if the parts they are looking for are available.”
Orders can also be placed directly online, which saves time since no phone calls are required to get your hands on the parts you need.

Mr. Cloutier mentions that this major redesign of the site will be further enhanced over the months.

He says AUTO-KOOL has also recently added to its team, including his own arrival, as well as key people in its Vancouver and Edmonton distribution centers.

“Our goal is to be more present in the field and to explain to the large network distributors and wholesalers the services we can offer them,” concludes the sales manager, while thanking the automotive and heavy vehicle parts distributors for their patience during this technological transition and for their valuable suggestions.

Let’s remember that the AUTO-KOOL distribution has been in operation since 1993.
