On June 5, a dozen core members of the Autosphere Media team met in Montreal for their semi-annual strategic planning session.
The event brought together team members from both the Montreal and Toronto offices for a day of in-person collaboration and updates on key projects across the organization. It also marked the first gathering since the launch of the new Fleet&Mobility magazine.
Throughout the day, discussions covered topics such as business development, distribution, and subscription management. Members of the sales, editorial, and production teams had the chance to share updates, exchange ideas, and align on strategies to continue delivering top-quality content and value to readers and partners across all Autosphere and Fleet&Mobility platforms. The automotive industry is built on a mindset of continuous improvement. Autosphere Media shares that same drive, combining passion and expertise to deliver relevant, high-quality information to readers across Canada, in the format that suits them best.
The meeting resulted in several positive internal adjustments, along with a clear intention to develop new partnerships that will help move this important sector forward.
