Genesis de Quebec, in Quebec City, gathered a few guests recently to celebrate its new partnership with Forbes Travel Guide.
A number of guests, including Robert-Giffard district councillor Isabelle Roy and senior executives from Genesis Canada, gathered on August 23 to celebrate with customers the presentation of the official Forbes Travel Guide plaque.
This symbol not only underlines the new partnership between the two companies, but also attests to the quality of the service provided. Genesis de Québec thus becomes the first partner of the Genesis brand in Quebec, and the third in Canada.
The Korean manufacturer is the only automotive industry partner to have entered into a worldwide partnership with Forbes Travel Guide.
Strict criteria
The Genesis distributors in the Canadian network will be evaluated in turn for the new partnership between Genesis and Forbes Travel Guide. Only distributors who have erected a new Genesis-branded building are eligible.
The Quebec City distributor completed its evaluation on April 6. With the support of Clarity Group, Genesis Quebec met the rigorous norms and high standards with flying colors.
“Not only did we pass, but out of more than 80 required criteria, with a minimum score of 75%, we obtained a near-perfect score, which corresponds to the highest result in Quebec and Canada to date,” mentioned Annie Laliberté, General Manager and Partner of Genesis de Québec, in a press release issued for the occasion.
This success was also noted by the management of Genesis Canada. “The Genesis team in Quebec City proves once again that it is at the forefront of its field. Their ability to work together and deliver an exceptional experience for every customer is once again reflected in this partnership with Forbes Travel Guide,” said Eric Marshall, Director of Genesis Canada.
