On November 12th and 23rd, CARSTAR franchised collision repair specialists from Quebec gathered for a regional meeting at Mont Saint-Anne.

The agenda included a reunion evening and a full day of conferences addressing key topics for these entrepreneurs.

Approximately 135 participants attended the themed evening on November 12th, where plaid shirts and good spirits were the dress code for CARSTAR organization members. Indeed, the venue was perfect for an après-ski atmosphere.

Quebec’s 74 franchisees spent the following day learning about the network’s health status. Additionally, conferences covered insurer relations and expectations, Bill 25 concerning personal data protection, and the new mission of the Quebec Professional Auto Body Association (CCPQ).

Regarding operations specifically, all shop workflow stages were reviewed, from estimation to quality control. Moreover, CARSTAR demonstrated remarkable transparency by presenting comparative data to its franchisees, allowing them to benchmark their performance and improve their practices.
