Continental Tire Canada has appointed Frank Buntinx as its new Managing Director, effective August 17, 2026.

Bringing over two decades of global corporate experience, Frank Buntinx assumes operational leadership of Continental Tire Canada across all product divisions.

Continental Tire Canada has appointed Frank Buntinx as its new Managing Director, effective August 17, 2026. In his new role, Buntinx leads the manufacturer’s national business units across passenger and light truck, commercial vehicle, and specialty tire divisions.

For commercial fleet operators, tire dealers, and wholesale distribution networks, the appointment brings executive background in international supply chain and fleet operations. Buntinx joined Continental in 2003, progressing through roles in supply chain, marketing, and pricing before serving as Head of Fleet Solutions and Truck Tires for the Benelux region.

Buntinx expressed intent to build upon Continental’s established Canadian market position while driving commercial support programs for regional distribution partners and commercial clients.
