A sign of structured and determined growth, the management of  Que-Mont Equipment announced the hiring of new resources to support its sales efforts across Canada.

Que-Mont Equipment, based in Boisbriand, has hired four new field representatives since last June: Ilias Khal Laayoun, Marc-André Therrien, Tee-Jay Russell, and François Fortier.

Mr. Khal Laayoun, who has been in his position since June 2025 and covers parts of the Laurentians, Laval, Lanaudière, and Montreal regions, is a dynamic and passionate professional. He has solid experience in sales and customer service, where he stands out for his ability to build authentic and lasting relationships. A great enthusiast of cars and travel, he brings positive energy and constant curiosity to everything he undertakes.

A polyglot, he is fluent in three languages, allowing him to communicate easily with a diverse clientele and provide tailored service to each individual. Young, motivated, and deeply committed to family values, he distinguishes himself through his listening skills, full engagement, and desire to excel. Proactive, driven, and determined, he always gives his best to his clients, with a constant focus on efficiency, quality, and professionalism.

For his part, Marc-André Therrien has covered the Quebec City, Lac St-Jean, and Saguenay regions (north of the St. Lawrence River) since last July. He is an automotive industry professional with over 20 years of experience, including ten years with a tire distributor, where he developed strong expertise in products, operations, and customer service.

A former automotive shop supervisor, he has an excellent understanding of the realities, challenges, and needs of mechanical workshops. He also has solid experience as a sales representative, demonstrating a natural ease in developing business relationships and building customer loyalty.

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs—his father owned a garage—Mr. Therrien has been immersed in the automotive world his entire life. Known for his discipline, authenticity, attentive listening, and dedication, he excels in both commercial environments and the passenger tire sector.

Meanwhile, Tee-Jay Russell has covered the province of Nova Scotia since last March.

He is a professional in the tire industry with over 20 years of experience, including a strong background on the road as a service truck operator (boom truck). He also spent several years as a mechanical shop manager within a major banner, where he developed advanced skills in team coordination, operations management, and customer service. Mr. Russell has in-depth expertise in OTR, commercial tires, retail, and general mechanics. He is known for his reliability, honesty, strong work ethic, and exceptional listening skills.

 

Finally, François Fortier is responsible for parts of Mauricie, Estrie, Laval, and Montreal.

He is a lifelong automotive enthusiast with solid experience in sales, business development, and the garage environment. Having managed a territory and a Snap-on truck for over five years, he has a deep understanding of the realities of mechanical workshops, including their needs, challenges, and operational processes.

His experience also includes responsibilities as a store manager, where he demonstrated his ability to coordinate operations, deliver exemplary customer service, and optimize point-of-sale performance.
