Bridgestone Becomes the Face of the SCCA

Targeting grassroots motorsports engagement, Bridgestone enters a three-year agreement to supply SCCA Club Spec platforms with Potenza performance fitments.

Bridgestone Americas has announced a landmark three-year agreement with the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA), becoming the Official Tire of the SCCA and exclusive tire supplier for the SCCA Club Spec racing program. Under the contract, Bridgestone’s Potenza RE-71RZ 200TW performance tire will serve as the mandatory spec fitment across the Solo Spec Coupe, Club Spec MX-5, Club Spec Mustang, and the upcoming 2027 Club Spec Cayman classes.

For high-performance tire retailers, specialty track-prep shops, and performance jobbers, the exclusive spec agreement drives consumer demand for road-legal extreme performance dry-grip tires.

According to Bridgestone Americas and SCCA leadership, the partnership combines trackside technical support with joint educational initiatives, including Track Night in America and SCCA Women on Track participant development programs.
