Groupe Touchette takes the next steps in its development plan with the acquisition of Pneus Chartrand Distribution, Pneus Chartrand Mécanique, as well as the Groupe Immobilier Chartrand.

The agreement, which will take effect on July 1^st, 2021, encompasses all the retail and distribution activities of Pneus Chartrand.

With seven branches and a prominent network of customers across the province, Pneus Chartrand allows Groupe Touchette to consolidate its position in Quebec and Canada with independent retailers and other distribution networks seeking a turnkey tire supplier solution.
