OK Tire, one of Canada’s largest independent tire and automotive repair and service dealer networks, announced its 10-year partnership with Blackhawk to offer an exclusive line of tires.
Named after the bird of prey, Blackhawk tires offer superior performance features, including the ability to maintain a powerful grip on its prey: the road.
Tested in Canada
Blackhawk tires are the product of world-class engineering, Canadian field testing and Canadian distribution.
According to the press release, they are manufactured at one of the world’s best production facilities, resulting in a quality of finish that rivals that of the industry’s leading manufacturers. Once their tires are manufactured, they are tested in Canada by a team of Canadian engineers and a large number of professional drivers.
“We are very pleased to be Blackhawk’s exclusive partner. Blackhawk has many values in common with OK Tire Stores, making this partnership a natural fit,” said Jim Caldwell, President and CEO of OK Tire Stores.
“Our customers have high expectations, and Blackhawk tires exceed those standards with their bold tread patterns and extensive use of complex rubber compounds.
“Understanding our customers’ needs and meeting their expectations is why OK Tires has been Canada’s retailer of choice for tires, automotive repair and maintenance services for 68 years. Our customers do business with us because they know our retailers are knowledgeable and know what is best for their vehicles,” said Michael Rutherford, Chief Operating Officer, OK Tire Stores.
“Blackhawk tires give us another great option to meet our customers’ needs, offering consumers affordable tires that are durable, safe and reliable throughout all four Canadian seasons.”
Since OK Tires provides complete service for all types of vehicles, it is essential to have reliable quality brands like Blackhawk, offering a complete line of passenger, light truck and commercial tires. Blackhawk represents one of the most technologically advanced tire programs on the market today, with experience in designing tires for major rubber companies around the world.
Blackhawk and OK Tires work together to create and improve existing tire models to offer the best performing tire on the market, based on consumer feedback.
