YFORE Opens Georgia Plant to Supply North American OEMs

Mitigating regional supply chain risks, the automotive electronics provider localizes R&D and automated component manufacturing to support North American vehicle assembly plants.

Automotive electronics provider YFORE Technology has officially opened its new 62,225-square-foot North American headquarters in Suwanee, Georgia. The facility combines R&D, component procurement, automated manufacturing, and engineering sales to provide direct, localized support to regional automotive manufacturing partners.

For vehicle manufacturers and tier-one procurement teams, the facility addresses growing industry demand for resilient regional supply chains and faster product integration cycles. YFORE CEO Leo Liu emphasized that placing dedicated engineering and production teams close to North American OEM assembly plants supports agile co-development and shortens supply lead times.

The site opening included the rollout of YFORE’s first U.S.-based automated digital key production line and demonstrations of its latest cockpit sensing systems. The company debuted a multifunctional digital mirror platform that integrates interior driver monitoring to reduce overhead wiring complexity, alongside an E-NCAP compliant in-cabin sensing system utilizing fused optical and ultra-wideband radar technology.
