At AAPEX 2025, we had the opportunity to visit the PHINIA/Delphi display and get the latest scoop on the company’s range of products and solutions for the aftermarket. Russ Stebbins, General Manager, PHINIA, walked us through Delphi’s three major themes at AAPEX this year.
The first, is Garage360, Delphi’s overarching online training platform. “This is for everyone, from the technicians, sales teams and counter staff, and covers both external and internal training for all of our brands,” Stebbins explained. Under the banner of one goal, two hosts and three minutes, Garage360 offers a combination of online and live training, with AI technology used to deliver the online segment in three languages, English, French and Spanish.
The second focus at AAPEX 2025 was Delphi’s updated fuel pump line. A key part here is providing reminders for technicians to clean the fuel tank prior to installing new fuel pumps in order to prevent comebacks, as well as reduce warranty claims in the field and increase customer satisfaction.
The third initiative is a line of Professional Plus chassis components. “These are really focused on heavy use vehicles, including commercial/fleet applications and last mile delivery,” said Stebbins. Among the innovations offered on this product line, include greaseable fittings with release valves, to prevent over greasing during installation which can lead to seal failures and other issues.
Stebbins also noted that Delphi continues to bring new products and solutions to market. “In 2025, we’ve launched double the number of parts we did last year, and 40 of those were first to market. We’re going to continue that acceleration as we head into 2026.”
