Newline features copper-free formulations that meet 2025 regulations.
At this year’s virtual AAPEX event, Akebono Brake Corporation announced its PRO-ACT Ultra-Premium Ceramic Disc Brake Pad line, which now features copper-free formulations in order to meet 2025 Copper-Free Environmental regulations.
PRO-ACT Ceramic Disc Brake Pads are designed to deliver the ultimate in braking experiencing by eliminating noise, vibration and harshness and are considered the best replacement pads for matching Original Equipment (OE) Ceramic braking performance.
Besides delivering significantly quieter braking, PRO-ACT Ceramic Pads are also designed to provide best-in-class braking performance, including enhanced initial effectiveness, high resistance to fade, consistent pedal feel, minimal wear and ultra-low dusting to ensure cleaner wheels and tires.
