The family business, which operates three car dealerships in Rouyn-Noranda, celebrated the 20th anniversary of the opening of its Mazda dealership on May 24.
The Paquin family, in the automotive business since 1947, celebrated 20 years of Paquin Mazda in the presence of some sixty colleagues and friends.
The company is one of three concessions in the region managed by the Paquin family.
It has owned a Ford dealership for over 25 years and a Volkswagen dealership since 2009.
“We are proud to celebrate 20 years of partnership with Mazda Canada. It’s still a great relationship we have with them, and we’re very proud to represent this brand. Success and longevity in business are built with our colleagues who can be counted on every day to welcome our customers with a smile, passionate people of high quality who know how to make a difference. Thank you to our loyal customers of 20 years,” said the family members during the event.
Owners Junior Paquin, Patrick Paquin and Chantal Paquin represent the fourth generation to operate a car dealership in this region.
“We’re very proud of our team,” explained Junior Paquin, Mazda dealership president, in an interview with Autosphère. “The loyalty of our staff means that our customers know the people they turn to to acquire a vehicle. We’re talking about a customer base that spans generations.”
The concessions group also stands out for its social involvement in its community, whether for causes related to health or amateur sports.
