Collision repair network Simplicity Car Care has announced the expansion of its national network with three new Concierge locations in Calgary (Avenida), Montreal (Decarie-Van Horne), and Gatineau (Hull). Operated by multi-store franchise partners, the satellite intake facilities are designed to centralize customer drop-offs, rental logistics, and collision repair processing in dense urban corridors.

For collision repair franchisors, multi-shop operators (MSOs), and insurance claims managers, the Concierge format expands brand intake capacity in high-traffic commercial zones while routing structural repair work to main production facilities.

According to Simplicity Car Care executive management, the national expansion reinforces standardized digital repair workflows to optimize vehicle cycle times and overall claims severity costs.
