GFS (Global Finishing Solutions) showcased its latest entry-level REVO Rapid model at the SEMA Show.

Faster and more cost-effective than traditional heat lamps, the REVO Rapid MC1 harnesses short-wave electric infrared technology and operates on a standard 120V outlet. The MC1 delivers enhanced flexibility with its pair of redesigned cassettes and single sensor array. The system, mounted on an articulating stand, can also be bracket-mounted or directly attached to the booth.

The FixAuto training centre houses two GFS-manufactured booths showcasing the brand’s products. Body shop clients, whether network members or not, can access these facilities for training purposes.

Connected system for paint booths

Booth Connect was another must-see innovation. The system captures comprehensive paint booth data (cycle times, energy consumption, filter change alerts, etc.) to optimize performance levels. Real-time information can be accessed via computer, tablet, or mobile phone. This technology, capable of linking multiple installations, enables analysis and comparison of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The booth also featured several upgraded products, including the latest iteration of the Grate Lifting Tool, as well as the newest version of their Booth Shield Pro protective film.
