In early 2025, SATA will introduce its all-new jet X spray gun, truly bringing the digital era into the paint booth.
The next-generation spray gun will be available in four models: BASIC, DIGITAL ready, DIGITAL, and DIGITAL pro. Both DIGITAL guns feature a digital display, the adam X, which shows inlet pressure, operating time, and ambient temperature. Painters can also view adjustable setpoint values for inlet pressure with alarm function and a digital dashboard. The pro version also provides shop managers access to data such as operating hours, painting time, or even trigger pull count.
“All the information is right on the gun,” notes George Varagic, General Manager of SATA Canada, interviewed at his SEMA booth. “This makes it possible, for example, to precisely manage paint consumption and monitor painter performance.”
Furthermore, Varagic emphasizes that the gun is lightweight and well-balanced, providing technicians with an ergonomic tool.
This new spray gun is compatible with the new graduated LCS cups, ultra-lightweight, which can accommodate a waterproof liner also developed by SATA.
