CSN Baker’s longstanding 8,581 sq. ft body shop facility, which serves the approximately 6,700 residents of the Clarenville community, now becomes part of the CSN Collision network. 

Owners Stephen Lewis, Paul Kinsella, Rob Kinsella, and Junior Peddle chose to join the CSN Collision network due to shared principles—excellent customer service led by consistently superior results. The network also provides access to a wealth of knowledge and resources that will enable the shop to stay competitive and facilitate growth.  

Chad Dicks, CSN Baker’s shop manager, explains the shop’s driving force, “For 70 years, we have delivered top-notch customer experience with each repair, building our reputation and encouraging repeat customers over time. Part of that process means evolving to meet market demands, enabling us to perform all types of repairs and refinishing on all vehicle makes and models, bringing them back to OEM specifications. We are committed to delivering quality every time.”

The team at CSN Baker’s understands the importance of transparent communication with the customer, “We strive to maintain transparency by ensuring that the customers understand and are carried along every step of the vehicle repair process. Our customers know that our repairs are performed to industry standards.” 

“Customer experience is our main goal!” Chad emphasizes the shop’s customer-first policy and highlights a unique experience that fosters client loyalty, “During their vacation, a custom-built Land Rover camper from the United Kingdom was involved in a collision. We obtained the necessary parts from the UK and completed the repairs on this fully aluminum vehicle. We also arranged for the owners to have accommodations and provided them with a rental vehicle so they could continue enjoying their vacation. The owners were very pleased with our service throughout the entire situation. They even went out in a boat for cod fishing while waiting for their repairs to be completed, which they greatly appreciated.”
