As part of its COVID-19 series of webinars, the Canadian Collision Industry Forum (CCIF), has announced a new pre-recorded webinar for May.

Entitled How to Build a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for Your Collision Centre, the webinar will feature a panel of industry specialists and discussions centring around best practices for leading collision repair facilities through the COVID-19 pandemic.

The event will be facilitated by CCIF Chair and CEO of Simplicity Car Care, Paul Prochilo, with the panelists comprising of Colin Asselstine, Director Claims Vendor Management, Subrogation & Salvage, RSA, Tony De Santis, Vice President of Sales, Fix Network and Murphy Tarves, General Manager, Operations, Craftsman Group of Companies

The webinar will also focus on how to create Business Continuity Plans that will help ensure long-term sustainability for repairers.

CCIF has announced that it will also offer a BCP template for download, following the webinar recording.

Interested parties are urged to email any specific questions to [email protected] by Tuesday, May 5 2020. Additionally, the recorded webinar will be available on the CCIF website during the month of May.
