CSN Chatham and Apex Auto Calibration Centre have officially opened a new 20,000-square-foot facility in Chatham-Kent, Ontario. Built to accommodate increasing vehicle technology requirements, the expanded footprint integrates structural collision repair bays with dedicated advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) calibration space.
For insurance partners, fleet managers, and retail customer operations, the facility provides an all-in-one repair solution designed to eliminate sublet delays. Holding 14 original equipment manufacturer (OEM) certifications—including General Motors, Ford, Toyota, Honda, and Volkswagen—alongside I-CAR Gold Class status, the center ensures repairs adhere strictly to factory specifications.
By bringing specialized ADAS sensor and camera calibration in-house, the facility eliminates the logistics of transferring compromised vehicles to third-party dealerships. Expanding local shop capacity allows the operation to manage higher repair volumes, reduce key-to-key turnaround times, and lower overall claims severity for regional insurance networks.
