The Women’s Industry Network (WIN) has announced the recipients of its 2026 Most Influential Women (MIW) awards. These awards recognize and honour women whose career achievements have enhanced the collision repair industry. The recipients were announced on International Women’s Day 2026 on March 8.
The winners include women working in the collision industry in both the U.S. and Canada this year and the recipients are:
- Angie Babin, Vice President, OEM Partnerships & Strategy, Caliber Collision
- Brandi Brydges, Director of Operations, ACX (AutoCanada Collision Centres)
- Jeanne Esquivel, North American Business Development and Customer Delivery Technology Leader, Entegral, Powered by Enterprise Mobility
- Kena Dacus, Shop Owner, Dacus Auto Body & Collision Repair
The Most Influential Women awards were first introduced back in 1999 and recognize individuals whose commitment, leadership and vision have enriched the collision repair industry. Each winner is selected by a number of independent committee made up of collision repair industry professionals who select each award recipient based on established criteria that not only recognizes the influence of these women on the industry but also their efforts in giving back through initiatives such as mentorship and community service.
“The Most Influential Women awards by WIN represent the pinacle of the collision repair industry,” said Jenny Anderson, MIW Committee Chair. “Our recipients are not only honoured for their commitment and industry success, but just as importantly for their professional accomplishments, mentoring new and younger industry professionals and serving in a variety of ways in giving back to their local communities.
Anderson added that “through their dedication to business excellence, professional achievement, commitment to community and investing in the industry’s future through mentorship, these extraordinary women have made a true impact in collision repair and we look forward to celebrating with them at this year’s conference.”
The 2026 WIN Conference will take place from May 4-6 at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa in Tucson, Ariz. More details can be found here:
