Distribution Stox, a recognized Canadian leader in passenger car and light truck tire distribution confirms the conclusion of an agreement in principle to acquire ARP Distribution, a passenger car and light truck tire distributor located in Plessisville, Québec. The closing of the transaction was expected for February 1st, 2025.  

Activities of the Distribution Stox warehouse in Victoriaville will be transferred to the 16,000 square feet Plessisville location. This space will enable customers from the Centre-du-Québec region to be serviced more efficiently while also enabling them access to an improved inventory.  

From a retail perspective, activities of the Point S banner location operated by Alignement du Rond Point will continue as is and remain under the steering of Steeve Goudreault, President Groupe Rond Point.
