Hankook’s expanded Porsche Panamera factory fitments secure high-margin OE tyre replacement volume for Canadian independent performance retailers and franchise dealers.
Hankook Tire has expanded its ultra-ultra-high-performance (UUHP) original equipment footprint with the supply of its Ventus S1 evo Z for the redesigned Porsche Panamera. The fitment program introduces new 21-inch staggered fitments—sized 275/35 ZR21 on the front axle and 325/30 ZR21 at the rear—completing an original fitment lineup that has spanned 19- and 20-inch sizes since 2021. All supplied variants carry Porsche’s proprietary “ND0” sidewall homologation code.
For Canadian commercial tyre dealers, European vehicle specialty shops, and luxury retail service managers, factory fitment contracts directly dictate premium replacement revenue cycles. Premium vehicle owners consistently mandate exact manufacturer homologation codes during routine maintenance, enabling service facilities that manage dedicated performance inventory to command superior gross profits on specialized tire orders while avoiding low-margin generic cross-shopping.
Tested under sustained dynamic load at Germany’s Nürburgring Nordschleife circuit, the tyre features a dual-layer carcass reinforced with aramid hybrid cord to counteract centrifugal expansion and thermal stress under severe lateral acceleration. Following Hankook’s selection for the Porsche 911 Carrera earlier in 2026, the Ventus S1 evo Z lineup now comprises 15 aftermarket sizes ranging from 18 to 21 inches, providing warehouse distributors with steady replenishment channels across profitable luxury sports car applications.
