NEXEN Secures OE Fitment for 2027 Kia Sorento Hybrid

Expanding its North American original equipment footprint, NEXEN TIRE supplies its ROADIAN GTX all-season tire for Kia’s updated mid-size hybrid SUV.

NEXEN TIRE has announced an expanded Original Equipment (OE) supply agreement with Kia Corporation to equip the 2027 Sorento Hybrid with its ROADIAN GTX SUV tire. The fitment program includes the existing 17-inch size for North American and Korean specification models, alongside a new 20-inch option. Engineered for crossover and SUV platforms, the ROADIAN GTX incorporates an all-climate compound, optimized ground-pressure distribution, and extended treadwear durability tailored for hybrid powertrain torque requirements.
