Distribution Stox, a recognized Canadian leader in passenger car and light truck tire distribution confirms the conclusion of an agreement in principle to acquire Distribution VLN, a passenger car and light truck tire distributor located in Laval, Québec. The closing of the transaction is expected for May 31st, 2025.

The Point S – Pneus Vimont branch, operated by Groupe VLN since 1989, will continue its operations as they currently are. It remains under the leadership of Benoît Forcier, President of Groupe VLN.
