Ultima Équipement is proud to announce the arrival of Patrick Dubois to its team. Renowned across the country for his deep expertise in automotive equipment and diagnostics, Patrick brings with him decades of experience, leadership, and an unmatched passion for the industry.

Patrick began his journey as an automotive technician before joining the manufacturing world with AC Delco, where he helped launch a technical assistance centre supporting workshop diagnostics. He then took on a Canada-wide sales role with Vetronix Corporation, eventually rising to National Sales Director at Bosch Diagnostics Group following Bosch’s acquisition of Vetronix. His excellence earned him three Bosch Excellence Club awards and four Vetronix President’s Club distinctions.

In 2011, prioritizing time with his young family, Patrick transitioned to a more regional role with Vast Auto Distribution, where he launched a new Tools and Equipment division. In 2018, he joined ISN Canada to grow the industrial segment, and in 2020, he was recruited by a Danish firm to develop operations across the Americas—a challenge he met with great success until his position was recently phased out due to global political circumstances.

Today, Ultima Équipement proudly welcomes Patrick Dubois, who brings not only his technical acumen and business sense, but also a people-first approach that aligns perfectly with our values.
