David Cantin, President of Cantin Distribution, has announced the appointment of Jean-Philippe Labrie as Vice President Operations.

This appointment will take effect on June 3.

With five years’ experience with the company, Mr. Labrie has contributed to Cantin Distribution’s development in a number of areas. Among its greatest achievements are the digital tools that set Cantin Distribution apart from its competitors.

From now on, he will dynamically manage the company’s operations, with the mission of modernizing and standardizing processes. He will also play an active role in developing the products and services offered by Cantin Distribution and Ultima Equipment in Canada.

Cantin Distribution is a Quebec-based company that has been providing supply and tooling solutions to tire and mechanical shops since 2014.

With the addition of its Ultima Equipment division in 2017, the group also offers state-of-the-art equipment, such as Mobile Lifting Columns, lifting tables for electric vehicle batteries, lifting cylinders as well as tire changers and balancers.

Cantin Distribution ships throughout Canada and the United States. Its head office is located in Quebec City.
