Point S launched its employer brand ; Beyond a Stress Free Career.
Their new employer brand will help them to better communicate their corporate values, be more attractive to their current employees and potential candidates and above all it will help to reduce employee stress.
They have developed a multitude of anti-stress measures to reduce stress at work and at home. Each auto centre can therefore choose its measures and apply them within their company. This is an added value for their merchants who wish to develop a positive employer image.
Stress is the main factor of concern for employees in North America. 83% of employees suffer from work-related stress on a daily basis and 63% of employees are ready to leave their job after a stressful situation at work.
