Dayco, a global supplier of engine components and drive systems, has appointed six industry professionals to key leadership roles within its North American aftermarket division. The strategic hires target operational efficiency, inventory optimization, category management, and wholesale distribution performance across commercial channels.
The new appointments include Paulo Silva do Vale as Senior Manager of North America Supply Chain and Garrett Lowrance as Manager of Supply Chain Planning, both tasked with refining inventory accuracy and working capital performance. On the commercial side, Ty Billie takes over US Territory Sales Management, while Mark Kostecki, John Blazo, and Bill Mortimore assume Category Manager and Industrial Product Manager responsibilities.
For automotive parts jobbers, commercial fleets, and repair facilities across North America, the corporate restructuring is engineered to strengthen product availability, streamline catalog integration, and reduce supply chain lead times across traditional and heavy-duty customer segments.
