Aftermarket professionals from as far away as Ottawa, Sudbury and London, Ontario attended the four-day “Shift Happens” conference, which took place from Sept 17-20, and was hosted by the Automotive Aftermarket Retailers of Ontario (AARO).

With two days reserved for management and shop owners, and two days dedicated to hands-on training for techs, attendees benefitted from the insights, advice and best practices shared by leading experts in their fields.
