The Garage Gurus mobile training units developed by DRiV will be enhanced for the benefit of aftermarket mechanics.

There are currently four Garage Gurus mobile training units in Canada. As Brad Shaddick, DRiV’s General Manager for Canada, explains, these units have proven to be very useful to shops.

“For us, it’s a way to accompany our products, show what’s new and talk about technical problem solving with mechanics,” Shaddick says. “However, we just put a mobile training unit on the road in the U.S. based on a 42-foot commercial trailer that will be a true mobile classroom. Our trainers will then be able to go further and address complete systems, whether it’s suspension, braking or steering for example.”

It is not excluded that this type of training unit will cross the border in the future.
