Discussions at the SOLERA booth focused primarily on the importance of accurate diagnostics using Identifix’s new Direct-Hit solution.

As Logan Beauchamp and Dan Bailey explained, SOLERA offers automotive technicians a comprehensive diagnostic platform that also includes repair procedures, electrical diagrams and, most importantly, access to a community of automotive specialists who can share the validated solutions that they have themselves applied to resolve a specific condition.

“With Direct-Hit, the technician has the most up-to-date and complete repair information at their disposal, supported by a huge top-quality database validating the procedure, allowing them to accompany the vehicle entrusted to them throughout its life cycle,” summarised Beauchamp.
