Slapshots for a Cause Final Donation

As we reported earlier, Slapshots for a Cause raised a generous donation for the Canada-Ukraine Foundation from their annual lively hockey games this year on May 26th.
As in past years, Slapshots for a Cause has supported the Cancer Society with a donation, but this year the full support of the Slapshots Board settled on the Canada-Ukraine Foundation because of situation in that country and the plight of the Ukrainian people.
Board member, Mark Potts thanked everyone for their generosity as he presented the Slapshots for a Cause cheque in the amount of $7,000 to Julia Stech of the Canada-Ukraine Foundation.
Julia thanked all the Slapshots board members immensely for their efforts and generosity.
