During a visit to the KYB booth (#A4222) Andy Castleman, Brand Manager, KYB Americas, revealed to Autosphere some of the company’s latest initiatives.

A big push for the company has been its Completely Correct campaign in promoting how KYB’s line of premium ride control components restore a vehicle’s handling and ride to its factory-correct performance. As part of this initiative, KYB has also been producing video content under its KYB TV brand.

According to Castleman this originally came about after COVID-19 curtailed a lot of KYB’s active training in the field.

The program has proved to be an unqualified success and currently, KYB is producing one video per month and will continue to produce them into 2022.

Castleman also revealed that KYB has also been working on a similar video training system for parts professionals.

“These are going to be the three big things we will really be focusing on in 2022,” said Castleman.

Additionally, KYB will also be introducing promotions and awards programs throughout 2022 and at AAPEX, was the proud recipient of two Auto Care Association Import Awards, one for Best Electronic Media for Import cars and trucks and one for Best New Product/Product Line.
