V2V Technologies recently announced the arrival of Kevin King as Vice President of Operations for the GEM-CAR team.

Kevin King, a professional in the automotive industry for more than 30 years, will now be available to GEM-CAR clients.

His field skills and involvement in the development of the distribution network at CARQUEST as well as in the bodywork industry are just a few examples of his successes.

“My challenge is to develop an operational Centre of Excellence to grow the customer base from over 2,000 workshops to over 10,000 within 5 years.

After all, implementation and after-sales support are the two key issues for this growth. My goal is to complement the team with experienced customer service professionals.
My challenge is to transform the corporate culture to train coaches who will also be able to assist shop owners in improving their profitability and sales,” Mr King said.
