Holman Enterprises has named Chris Conroy as President & COO.

Conroy’s appointment is part of a number of new executive announcements designed to support Holman’s continued evolution and further align the company’s automotive core competencies.

During his 25-year tenure with Holman, Conroy has held a number of progressive leadership positions including President of ARI and most recently, President & CEO of Holman Business Services.

In his new role, Conroy will be responsible for leading all Holman Enterprises operating companies in delivering innovative, technology driven automotive solutions to commercial and consumer segments around the globe.

Under Conroy’s guidance, Holman Enterprises will align its executive leadership structure to strengthen and evolve the company’s truly unique collection of automotive services and expertise to further support its strategic vision for sustained growth.

Other executive moves see Bob White promoted to President, Fleet & Mobility in which he will continue to lead ARI, Holman Enterprises’ industry-leading fleet management division as well as being responsible for Holman Insurance Services, the organization’s commercial and consumer insurance division.

In addition, Peter Dondlinger, has been promoted to President, Manufacturing & Distribution, overseeing the Auto Truck Group and Kargo Master, Holman Enterprises’ work truck upfitting and manufacturing business as well as Holman Parts Distribution.

Brian Bates, will continue to head up Holman’s retail division, Holman Automotive—one of the largest privately owned dealer groups in the U.S. with 40 franchises representing 20 automotive brands from the East Coast to the Pacific Northwest.
