AI agent “Rey” will be introduced at the Amplify 2026 Summit

Built on the Spark AI Unified Data Layer, Rey integrates across the Reynolds Retail Management System to execute complex dealership tasks through a single interface.
Automotive retail management system provider Reynolds and Reynolds has announced that its agentic AI assistant, Rey, will be featured in hands-on workshops at the upcoming Reynolds Retail Summit: Amplify 2026 in Carlsbad, California.
Built on the Spark AI Unified Data Layer, Rey integrates across the Reynolds Retail Management System to execute complex dealership tasks through a single interface. The AI assistant generates operational reports, offers deal-structuring insights, supports customer communications, and streamlines technical support requests by leveraging deduplicated, cross-departmental data.
“AI is creating new opportunities across the dealership, and what matters most is applying it in ways that help dealers work smarter, serve their customers better, and build long-term success, said Chris Walsh, President and acting CEO of Reynolds. At Amplify, attendees will see exactly how Rey does that.”
In addition to interactive workshops, AJ McGowan, Vice President of Research and Development, will deliver a keynote address titled “Moving from Question to Action with Rey,” outlining Reynolds’ broader AI product roadmap.
For Canadian auto dealers and fixed operations managers operating on Reynolds DMS platforms, the technology update highlights how unified data architectures and AI agents are being deployed to automate repetitive administrative tasks and improve workflow speed across retail operations.
