The Reynolds and Reynolds Company announced AutoVision—the cutting-edge technology behind used vehicle acquisition, reconditioning, merchandising, and sales—is launching Avery, a brand-new artificial intelligence tool, at the NADA Show 2025. Avery delivers precise appraisals and pricing recommendations using every available piece of data. Perhaps most importantly, it then provides a detailed explanation for each recommendation.

The teams at Reynolds and AutoVision have trained Avery to be an expert user of the AutoVision system. It considers all the available data the same way a user would and provides a reasonable strategy for acquiring or merchandising a vehicle. The AI compiles information from:

• Retail/wholesale values
• Trending Market data
• Book/financing
• VHR
• VDP/SRP
• Lead counts
• And other sources

Once all the data is compiled and considered, Avery:

• Suggests a purchase price for the vehicle.
• Presents a stocking score, indicating if the unit is a good fit for the dealer.
• Suggests a list price for the vehicle.
• Estimates days to sell at the new price.
