Gubagoo, a leading provider of digital retailing and messaging solutions for automotive dealerships in North America, has announced its partnership with AutoTrader, Canada’s largest and most trusted automotive marketplace.
Gubagoo’s innovative messaging software will be integrated into AutoTrader Canada’s online platform to allow dealerships to chat with consumers in real-time while they shop for their next vehicle.

The Gubagoo integration unlocks a new channel for dealerships to engage with customers, creating newfound lead generation opportunities from a pool of over 25 million monthly site visits to the AutoTrader online marketplace.
The integration will be launched in both English and French across two phases, starting August 24. At the launch of phase one, Gubagoo’s chat software will be fully available on AutoTrader desktop and mobile sites. Quickly thereafter, phase two will see the chat software implemented into AutoTrader’s mobile applications, covering both iOS and Android. The completed functionality will include a chat and SMS option, with the chat option featuring a custom user interface that seamlessly meshes with the AutoTrader user experience. It will also include lead and reporting options.
Partnering with Canada’s leading automotive marketplace allows Gubagoo to stay true to one of its goals – to provide a better experience for consumers by ultimately making their interaction with dealerships more convenient and effective.
