AFC, a business unit of a leading provider of digital marketplace solutions for used vehicles KAR Auction Services, announced 35 acts of kindness in celebration of its 35th anniversary.

Focused on fueling the entrepreneurial dream and serving customers locally, 35 acts will be performed at each branch by the end of the year—targeting independent dealers and the communities in which they reside.

“Serving dealers is always at the heart of what we do and for 35 years we’ve been privileged to be a part of our independent dealers’ stories,” said Jim Money, president of AFC. “We are powered by passion, and I cannot wait to see all of the good that comes from our 35 acts of kindness program.”

Employees at AFC’s local branches will complete 35 acts of kindness in their communities. Whether it be volunteering with a charity of choice, donating blood or saying a simple thank you to first responders and others who serve the community daily, no act is too small or too big. With more than 100 branches, more than 3,500 acts of kindness will be completed in celebration of the company’s anniversary.

These acts of kindness reflect AFC’s longstanding commitment and dedication to its customers and communities. Since 1987, AFC has fostered deep personal relationships with dealers, working to understand each customer’s unique needs and offering tailored, easy-to-understand financing solutions to help them grow their businesses and achieve their dreams.

“AFC has done whatever it takes for us to be successful,” said Tommy Brignac of Elite Import Group, customer of AFC. “That personal relationship and ability to talk to your rep is a big deal for us and our customers.”
