RAPID RTC has announced it has been acquired by Keyloop, a global supplier of technology solutions to the automotive industry.

The company’s suite of digital communications and lead management solutions (LMS) brought into Keyloop’s product portfolio.

Keyloop will welcome Glen Demetrioff, founder and CEO of RAPID RTC, as a member of its executive team.

RAPID RTC joins enquiryMAX, a UK-based showroom solution provider, in acquisition under Keyloop.

Keyloop was acquired yesterday by Francisco Partners and these two acquisitions are amongst its first actions, in partnership with both dealers and OEMs to develop an open platform that connects the automotive retail industry and transforms the car buying and ownership experience.

“This marks another milestone for RAPID RTC and it’s one I am absolutely thrilled about,” stated Demetrioff.

RAPID RTC is headquartered in Winnipeg, Canada and provides digital communications and lead management solutions (LMS) to over 4200 multinational dealer sites, partnering with over 27 OEMs including Toyota, Lexus and BMW.
