At the heart of Fix Network is a culture rooted in collaboration and community, reflected in a shared desire to deliver excellence where teamwork is always front and centre.

This strong foundation has fueled a year defined by transformational growth, global expansion, dynamic partnerships, and a commitment to innovation. By uniting a trusted family of brands, leveraging new technology, and focusing on training and talent development, the network continues to strengthen its presence in key markets.

As 2026 approaches, Fix Network is poised to further elevate industry standards and create new opportunities for ongoing success among franchise partners and the broader automotive aftermarket ecosystem.

Expanding the global footprint

Reflecting on 2025 as a banner year of substantial global growth and renewed momentum, the network expanded its reach into new markets while deepening its presence across Canada—revitalizing brand presence, attracting new franchisees, and seeing an overwhelming majority of long-standing shops reaffirm their commitment even as contracts came to an end. This strong wave of renewed loyalty, alongside ongoing expansion, reinforces the network’s position as a trusted leader delivering reliable service where it counts most. Notably, double-digit growth for NOVUS Glass franchisees stands as a testament to the network’s strength as a reliable partner of choice for collision, mechanical, and glass service professionals across the automotive aftermarket.

“Our progress this year reflects the strength of our partnerships and the value we bring to our franchisees,” said Zakari Kreiger, Vice President Prime CarCare. “As we look ahead to 2026, we’re focused on continuing to support our shops with the tools, programs, and innovations they need to thrive.”

Accelerating the brand: Unity, visibility, and a global milestone

In 2025, the network achieved a significant milestone by joining forces with renowned Formula 1 driver Nico Hülkenberg for the first-ever global ad campaign. Nico embodies the very principles that define the organization: precision, performance, and a deep commitment to teamwork. Just as his success on the circuit depends on seamless collaboration with his crew, achievements across the brands are powered by the dedication and synergy of people across every region and role.

This high-impact campaign brought the multi-national brands of Fix Auto Collision, NOVUS Glass, and ProColor Collision together under the Fix Network banner for the first time, amplifying a unified message of excellence to audiences around the world. More than a marketing first, it represents a pivotal step forward—illustrating both the network’s global vision and a focus on harnessing collective strength to drive the future of the industry.

“This campaign marks a first for Fix Network; a unified brand message on a global stage,” says Alexandra Zalec, Global VP Brand, Partnerships & Events. “By bringing our brands together and partnering with Nico Hülkenberg, we’re demonstrating the strength of our network and the shared commitment of our franchisees to deliver on our promise of ‘Life Put Right’ for customers, partners, and communities worldwide.”

Strengthening engagement and communication

To supplement the momentum of such global initiatives, the Canadian region amplified its local presence through innovative, engaging projects. A prime example is the continued partnership with Passion Autos—a series of humorous and educational video capsules aired on a Quebec TV network and featured on Passion Autos’ YouTube channel, with plans underway to expand this popular series to other regions across Canada.

Additionally, Canada launched its own dedicated YouTube channel, making collaborations like Passion Autos and other key initiatives accessible to followers nationwide. These digital efforts reinforce a commitment to engaging customers and franchise partners, building brand loyalty, and showcasing expertise across multiple platforms.

Another standout initiative capturing industry hearts and headlines is the “Good Will Driving” YouTube series. Beginning with the acquisition of a classic 1979 Firebird from renowned car restorer Mike Hall—star of the History Channel and Netflix’s Rust Valley Restorers—at one of Hall’s well-known Rust Bros auctions, the Firebird was brought back to life through the collaborative efforts of corporate staff, franchise partners, and vendor partners. The goal? Demonstrate the power of a unified network and promote the skilled trades in ways that connect with younger audiences. The restoration will conclude with a trip down Route 66 to the SEMA show before being showcased and auctioned at the 2026 National Conference in Banff, Alberta, with proceeds going to Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) Canada.

“This project is more than a restoration—it’s a celebration of what we can accomplish when our collective passion and skills are directed toward something truly meaningful,” says Daryll O’Keefe, Vice President, North American Strategic Business Development. “Not only are we inspiring the next generation to explore opportunities in skilled trades, but we’re rallying our entire network in support of RMHC Canada.”

Investing in people: Training, mentorship, and the next generation

A steadfast commitment to talent is central to the company’s mission. Hands-on training events, community outreach, and state-of-the-art training centres saw more than 400 technicians welcomed to 81 targeted sessions in 2025. Dedicated training was also extended to insurance partners, deepening their understanding of OEM requirements and emerging automotive technology. Ongoing certification and skill development in specialties such as Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), electric vehicles, and digital platforms ensure franchisees and team members stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.

In addition to technical training for professionals, the organization is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of skilled tradespeople. With strong support from partners, youth-focused events at training centres gave young people valuable exposure to the world of automotive repair, collision, and glass service.

Embracing technology: Innovation through AI and digital transformation

Rapid technological advancements are reshaping the automotive aftermarket. The network remains at the forefront by leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, enhance accuracy, and improve customer satisfaction in collision repair and claims management. A robust cybersecurity and IT infrastructure supports these advancements, empowering franchisees to thrive in an increasingly digital landscape.

“Technology is transforming our industry at lightning speed, and we’re harnessing that momentum to put game-changing tools directly into the hands of our network,” says Corinne Gemayel, Director of Project Management Office. “By investing in cutting-edge AI and rock-solid cybersecurity, we’re empowering our teams to set the standard for innovation, efficiency, and safety, every day.”

Conclusion: Setting the standard for the future

“With absolute confidence in the outstanding team assembled across the network, we continue to raise the bar, constantly evolving the support and solutions offered to our franchise partners so they remain leaders in the industry,” says Sonia Bouthillette, Vice President of Sales and Operations.

Through strategic expansion, powerful partnerships, innovative tech, and expert training, the network is redefining leadership in the automotive aftermarket. As the journey continues into 2026 and beyond, there is clear momentum to set new benchmarks for excellence—inviting partners, franchisees, and industry professionals to help shape a collaborative, innovative future.
