CARSTAR, Canada’s premier network of independently owned and operated collision repair facilities recently hosted its Western regional meeting in Calgary, Alberta. Over the course of two dynamic days, CARSTAR franchise partners from across the western provinces came together to discuss industry insights, explore trends, and spark collaboration.
With a packed agenda and a focus on innovation, the event delivered impactful discussions on operations, insurance, analytics, and emerging technologies.
Real conversations
“Bringing together such a diverse group of owners created a space where real conversations could happen—about challenges, opportunities, and the future of our industry,” said Andrew Northrup, Western Zone Director, CARSTAR Canada. “It’s events like these that drive meaningful progress and we’re grateful for everyone’s participation through the week.”
Each day began with breakfast and informal networking, followed by a series of engaging presentations and hands-on learning with vendor partners. Attendees heard updates from the CARSTAR team on fleet opportunities, marketing, sales, and advancements in AI through CARSTAR’s analytics tools. Insurance partners and operational leaders also shared timely insights into market shifts, customer expectations, and estimate training.
