With 20 years of experience running True Auto Care, the family brings an unmatched passion and dedication to their community in Centre Wellington.

Ron Brouwer’s journey began during his high school years, working in his uncle’s shop and honing his skills in custom exhaust, brake, and suspension work. As a person of faith, Ron is guided by The Golden Rule—treat others as you would like to be treated. This principle, alongside his commitment to communication and setting realistic expectations, has won him the respect of the Fergus community.

Caroline recognized early on the need for a reliable and skilled bookkeeper and quickly became indispensable to the business. Her customer service background ensures effective communication processes, providing top-notch service to their clients.

Jenna Smith, initially from a developmental services background, joined the family business with no automotive experience. Her ability to connect deeply with customers has made her an invaluable asset. Excited about maintaining the values her parents instilled, Jenna became a business partner in 2024 and looks forward to expanding their vision.

Since acquiring the former Grand River Glass building in 2017, True Auto Care has been offering glass services, now enhanced by their partnership with NOVUS Glass. This collaboration allows them to expand their comprehensive service offerings, which include ADAS calibrations and EV repair.
