Fix Network has underlined its commitment to expansion in the Latin American market by announcing the launch of operations in Mexico along with two new Fix Auto locations.

Fix Auto Veracruz and Fix Auto Toluca are the first of many locations that Fix Network has planned to support Mexico’s aftermarket industry. The network is currently in talks with other collision repairers in the country and is planning to announce new locations in the coming months.

Describing it as a milestone moment in Fix Network’s global expansion, Steve Leal, President and CEO of Fix Network, said, “We see significant opportunities in this critical market with an increasing number of body shops here showing their interest to join our network.

“I am confident that, in the coming years, Mexico will contribute significantly to our international growth through robust partnerships with forward-thinking body shop owners and our relentless focus on customer service.”

Growth trajectory

Manfred Brandes, CEO of Fix Auto Mexico, said that the launch of the two Fix Auto locations comes at an important time when Fix Network is determined to continue its growth trajectory across the globe.

“Like many of our strategic partners around the world, our locations in Mexico demonstrate a clear commitment to delivering a personalized customer experience and sophisticated repair quality,” said Brandes.

Located in the thriving port city of Veracruz, Fix Auto Veracruz is an impressive 1,800 square-metre facility, equipped with the latest technologies to provide high-quality repair services for all makes and models of vehicles and restore them to their original pre-accident condition.

According to Fix Auto Veracruz owner-operator Roberto Axle, “The Fix Auto franchise model allows repairers like me to own and operate locally while learning from Fix Network’s established best practices and support. By aligning our business with Fix Network, we are confident of replicating their global success in the Mexican market.”

Fix Auto Toluca, the other location that recently opened for business and located in the historic city of Toluca reflects its owner Fidel Rocha’s 22 years of experience in the region’s automotive industry.

Rocha says that becoming a Fix Auto franchisee will help his team gain access to some of the most advanced collision repair training and marketing support in the world today.

“There is a huge demand in Mexico for high-quality collision repair and I am keen that our technicians are trained to repair the most complex and modern cars to meet this demand. Aligning our business with Fix Auto will help my team to achieve that objective and build a facility that we can be truly proud of,” Rocha says.
