Simplicity Car Care is opening a new location in Montreal, Quebec.
Bassem Hijazi is the new franchise owner of Simplicity Car Care Montreal North. Bassem’s father opened up their body shop in 2012. After seeing his father working 18 hour days and struggling to keep up with the pressure of running a body shop on his own, Bassem began working with him.
With his background and experience in auto estimation, Bassem knew he could use his skills to help grow the family business. Together, they were able to expand their business with a focus on providing top-notch customer service to their community.
When looking at his options, the choice to go with Simplicity Car Care was an easy one for Bassen, stating “In my opinion, the Simplicity team is perfectly positioned to help any workshop structure itself, stay up to date in the constantly evolving industry, and build good relations with insurance companies.”
Bassem and his father are both extremely excited to be the first Simplicity Car Care location to open in Montreal. They will continue to focus on providing impeccable, complete service to their community.
Their business will have the opportunity to continue to grow and improve using the tools and systems that Simplicity Car Care provides to their franchisees.
