Fix Network World announces the appointment of Bertrand Lauzon to its board of directors.

Mr. Lauzon is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for BFL Canada. He is responsible for all financial, tax, merger and acquisition transactions as well as shareholder relations. He is a member of BFL Canada’s national strategic management committee.

Before joining BFL Canada, Mr. Lauzon was First Vice-President, Finance, Operations, Systems and Chief Financial Officer for Desjardins Securities. Prior to that, he was First Vice-President, Finance, Information Technology and Chief Financial Officer at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ).

The Fix Network board and management will depend on Mr. Lauzon’s executive insights, strategic thinking and experience with large-scale, complex transactions to support the organization’s growth ambitions and market opportunities.

Mr. Lauzon is an accredited professional accountant and a certified financial analyst. He holds exceptional credentials in the financial sector, with more than 36 years of experience. He has completed the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program and holds an ICD.D.
