Having the right access to the right repair information is critical and that’s something that’s long been a key driver at ALLDATA. Whether it’s for collision or mechanical repairs, shop technicians and service advisors have come to rely on ALLDATA’s suite of solutions to identify and solve problems quickly, improving repair efficiency and ultimately shop profitability.

At SEMA360, ALLDATA offered a range of interactive roundtable sessions at its virtual booth from November 2 through November 6.

It also debuted its new ALLDATA Shop Manager, which is designed to make it fast and easy for collision and mechanical shops to create essential workflow documents like estimates, repair orders, and invoices.

ALLDATA has also introduced three different shop management options, designed for shops of different size and scope, providing flexibility for those that still perform handwriting estimates to multi-shop operators that requiring advanced business reports, CRM and additional functions.

Additionally, ALLDATA’s Diagnostic scan tool now offers access to the FCA Secure Gateway module and the ability to run vehicle scans and export pre/post-scan from an Android phone when working on these models.

Due to ALLDATA’s long-standing relationships with vehicle OEMs, it is able to offer one of the most comprehensive databases of unedited OEM repair information in the industry, which includes coverage for more than 44,000 engine-specific vehicles.

At SEMA360, ALLDATA also provided added value by offering a once-a-year savings package for all flagship product bundles.
